ATILIA was born in the heart of Lake Como, from a vision of Fabio Attilio Bulgheroni: to transform the organic milk of his goats, lovingly raised at Casale Roccolo, into a daily beauty ritual. From this union of nature, passion, and craftsmanship comes an authentic, sustainable, and sensorial skincare line.

Continuity and innovation in the world of goat cheeses

I grew up in the quiet countryside, surrounded by lush nature and lovingly raised animals.

Since I was a boy, I alternated long walks in the woods with discovering the art books my aunt gave me. It is in this balance between nature And beauty that my vision was formed.

After studying to be a mechanical engineer, I realized that my path was different.

In 2006 I decided to found a small farm, choosing the rhythm of the earth and the animals, with the clear aim of produce quality goat cheeses, in full respect of the environment and animal welfare.

Over the years I have deepened the cheesemaking, microbiology and the dairy techniquesI chose organic from the very beginning, convinced that quality comes first and foremost from daily care.

Today I continue this project with an eye always focused on improving and building authentic relationships.

I collaborate with organizations like Slow Food Como, the Minoprio Foundation, and local chefs to promote a culture of taste rooted in the land, seasonality, and craftsmanship.

The heart of our company is them: our goats. We raise them with daily care, respecting their rhythms and ensuring their utmost well-being. From them, we obtain extraordinary milk, which is the soul of our cheeses.

In 2019, we decided to put ourselves to the test by participating in the World Cheese Awards, among over 4,000 cheeses from all over the world.

Our Gubet aged cheese took gold, ranking among the top 16 in the world, while the fresh goat cheese got silver in its category.

Since then, the awards have come and gone, but our approach has remained the same: improving every day, with calm and dedication, to offer cheeses that tell a story of authenticity, territory, and passion.
